Beat the Cold: Fall Preparedness Presentation at Northwest Senior Activity Center
A midday presentation on staying healthy and comfortable as temperatures drop, run by the Bergen County Division of Senior Services for adults 60+. A good one to pair with a morning of familiar activities — tap dancing, watercolor and games are on the same afternoon's schedule at this center.
The center is open Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a continental breakfast from 8:30 and lunch at 11:30 (reserve by 11:30 the day before).
